A complete gut and reno to take this penthouse from tired and drab to bright and modern. Keeping with condo requirements, we were able to re-imagine the layout to breathe new life into the space and make it the new owners its own haven. Designed to capture the feel of a luxe hotel, this rooftop unit is made for both relaxation and entertaining, with natural elements and contrasting tones.
