 SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on all on-line orders over $250 in Canada!

For international shipping inquiries – please contact us at hello@avenue-design.ca for a custom shipping quote.

Please note that shipments outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


PAYMENT

All pricing is in CAD, taxes are calculated based on the Province the products are shipping to. Full payment is required prior to placing orders with our suppliers and coordinating the shipment of products. 

WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL.

 

SHIPPING

We strive to ensure every item arrives safely, working alongside shipping companies that cater to Canada and the US.  Standard Ground Service is available for majority of online products and delivery timing is based on location. Standard Ground deliveries are made Monday-Friday (holidays excluded) and may require a signature upon receipt.

***Products ordered together may not arrive together as they may ship from separate warehouses.

Please note that larger pieces are delivered curbside only.


ORDER STATUS

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  When we have processed your order, you will receive a timeline notification via email with carrier and tracking info.

We will also notify you if an item is backordered.

Lead times vary depending on items purchased.  Items in stock generally ship within 5 business days, however, some items may not ship for 3-4 weeks or longer.  On average, most orders ship within one week.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@avenue-design.ca  within 48 hours from your time of order and we would be pleased to assist you. 

 

CLAIMS/RETURNS

Damages, defects or any other order issues must be reported in writing to at hello@avenue-design.ca  within 48 hours of receipt of products.  Please keep all original packaging for 5 days after damage is reported.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as be in the original packaging. 

If for any reason you need to return an item that included free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost as well as a 25% restocking fee. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced at no additional shipping cost.
